Nickerson-Zwaan B.V. has been recently informed about the likelihood of counterfeit seeds being offered in several countries in the Middle East and Central Asia. The counterfeit seeds are designed to look like legitimately registered and originally packed seeds of Nickerson-Zwaan B.V.
Placing on the market, (re)selling, buying and using counterfeit seeds is considered to be a violation of law and is an infringement of the rights of Nickerson-Zwaan B.V. who may claim its losses. Please be aware of the fact that only our official distributors or resellers have the right to sell these seeds directly. Please consult your nearest district and/or Nickerson-Zwaan B.V. who should be able to provide you with more information and/or direct you to an authorized supplier of certified Nickerson Zwaan B.V. seeds. Do not become a customer to a counterfeit seed trader.
