All vegetable varieties bred by Nickerson-Zwaan have been created using traditional breeding methods without the use of genetic modification techniques that lead to genetically modified organisms as defined in Directive 2001/18 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Communities on the deliberate release into the environment of genetically modified organisms.
This statement applies to Nickerson-Zwaan's varieties which have been or will be marketed in the years 2011-2013.
